• Quality Assurance:
  Osen-Hunter Defense Systems, LLC (OHDS) has implemented Project Management Institute (PMI) and compliant processes to continuously measure and monitor the quality of the products and deliverables of OHDS. Quality benchmarks are measured and monitored based on the PMI standards. They are monitored using checklists, templates and standards based on PMI standards.
  The OHDS approach is to foster two-way communication with our customers through all phases of a task – from contract engagement to understanding requirements to proposal preparation to program execution. Having the customer on-board with every step not only builds good teaming, but also identifies risk concerns and program constraints. This is also enhanced by letting customers see task metrics so they know that status of the project at all times.
